The open-world sandbox game, Minecraft, first appeared on PC way back in 2009 while the game was still in development, before being released as a proper Beta in 2010 prior to a full release in 2011, followed by console versions for most major consoles. The game has undergone many changes over the years, and is constantly being updated with content patches and various add-on packs. Minecraft has achieved staggering sales of over 121 million units since release, in part due to the popularity of "Let's Play" videos on YouTube which helped spread the word about this indie game. The game proved so popular, Microsoft bought Mojang in 2014 along with all the intellectual property rights for Minecraft! Here's a collection of Displate artwork by artist Artkal based on the various non-playable enemy characters in the game.
