Metal Gear Solid was a groundbreaking game when it was released in 1998, which saw Konami return to the Metal Gear franchise that started out on the MSX2 and NES in the 1980's. The sequel, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty, was launched for the PS2 in 2001 and once again saw us following the story of Snake and his family. The game introduced the new rookie character of Raiden, which you control through most of the game, which divided many fans of the popular stealth franchise. The game was well received overall, and remains as one of the most popular titles in the long-running Metal Gear series. To celebrate this landmark title, here's a matching set of Displate artwork by artist James Weinreb, featuring a selection of the characters in the game.
