Adventure Time is a hugely popular animated science fiction TV series, loosely based on the concept of Dungeons & Dragons. Set in a fictional post-apocalyptic land of Ooo, protagonist Finn and his shape-shifting dog / adopted brother enjoy many adventures alongside characters such as Princess Bubblegum, Ice King, BMO, and Marceline The Vampire Queen. Originally starting out as a viral internet short, Cartoon Network commissioned the creator, Pendleton Ward, to produce an entire series! The animated show was an instant hit, and has been running since 2010 with over 270 episodes to date!
